Houserules
Our house rules are designed to create clear agreements about staying at Studio Wilgenhorst and thus make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
o Check-in is possible between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Within these times, we appreciate personally welcoming our guests and guiding them through the Studio
o If you unexpectedly arrive later, please let us know by phone (06-29848910) so we can take that into account. If we cannot receive you personally, we will send you a code via app to open the key box so you can enter
o Earlier check-in is generally not possible due to cleaning. You can always call to see if an exception can be made to this rule
KEY MANAGEMENT
o Upon arrival, you will receive the key to the Studio from us, which we ask you to return upon departure. If this cannot be done in person, we ask you to deposit the key in the designated mailbox next to the entrance
o You are responsible for locking the Studio during your stay
o In case of loss of the key or failure to return it, we will charge you €100,-
PARKING & CHARGING
o You can park in our parking lot at the designated spot (P-Guests)
o Parking on the Wilgenhorst property is at your own risk. The Wilgenhorst is not liable for theft and/or any form of damage.
o It is possible to charge your electric car with us for a fee. We will calculate this based on the charging capacity of your car and ask you to settle this with us in advance
o We ask you to be careful when parking and exiting. If you cause damage to our property and/or cars, we ask you to report it and we will hold you responsible for it
o Storing bicycles on our property is allowed as long as it does not cause problems for entering or exiting our parking lot
NUMBER OF PERSONS & VISITORS
o Our studio is primarily intended for overnight stays for two people. If necessary, up to two additional people can be booked at an extra cost. Use by more than 4 people is not allowed
o Our guests must be at least 14 years old
o Use of our Studio by third parties, as well as receiving guests, is not permitted
BREAKFAST
o We offer overnight stays including an extensive breakfast. Upon arrival, we ask you to fill out a list with your wishes for a delicious breakfast
o To allow our guests to have breakfast at a time that suits them best, we ensure that your breakfast is prepared the evening before and placed in the refrigerator. To ensure you always have fresh bread, the rolls can be baked in the available oven
BED LINEN AND TOWELS
o Towels are changed after two nights, bed linen after 4 nights
o It is not allowed to sleep in the beds in the rooms without sheets and duvet covers.
o In the event of stains that cannot be removed by us, we will charge the cleaning costs.
o If you wish to have your bed linen and/or towels changed more often, please discuss this with us for a fee.
ALCOHOL AND DRUGS
o Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so enjoy, but drink in moderation
o It is prohibited to possess, use, and/or trade drugs (incl. soft drugs). In case of suspected possession, use, and/or trading of drugs, we always involve the police
SOUND
o We ask our guests not to cause noise pollution. All music – and any other sound – produced in any way must be adjusted to room volume so that no noise pollution occurs for the residents and neighbors
o From 10:00 PM in the evening until 7:00 AM in the morning, complete silence is observed
o When using the terrace in the meadow, we also ask our guests to respect the above house rules
INTERNET
o We offer our guests free and unlimited wifi via our guest network. The login code for this can be found in the general information in the living room
o The wifi can of course also be used for streaming services on the available TV
o If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the wifi does not work, this does not entitle you to a discount or refund (of part) of the paid rent
PRIVACY
o Taking photos and/or recordings in and around the Wilgenhorst is allowed, as long as the created image material is used exclusively for private purposes
o Making, using, and possibly placing on the internet photos and/or recordings in and around the Wilgenhorst where the host and hostess are visible is explicitly not allowed
o We use a doorbell with a camera. We also monitor the properties of our guests and ourselves with security cameras. This image material is stored for a certain period but is never made public
THEFT & DAMAGE
o Studio Wilgenhorst is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss, or theft that our guests have or experience during their stay with us.
o If damage is caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during the stay, the host or hostess must be informed immediately.,
This damage will always be charged to the person who caused it and/or the responsible person
o Missing items must be compensated by the guest
o In case of theft and/or deliberate destruction, we file a report with the police
LIMITED LIABILITY
o We accept no responsibility for loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses, or damage to goods caused by the guest's personal negligence or carelessness or by circumstances beyond our control
